    • Account and Purchaser Information: When an account is created (by an individual or a funeral director), we collect personal details including name, email address, phone number, and billing/payment information.

    • Deceased Individual Information: We collect biographical information about the deceased, including their name, date of birth, date of death, and obituary details as provided by the Administrator.

    • User-Generated Media: We store the photos, videos, audio files, and written tributes uploaded to the memorial pages.

    • Automated Data Collection: Like most websites, we may automatically collect standard log data, such as your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and device operating system to optimize website performance and ensure security. We may utilize standard cookies to maintain user sessions.

    • Provide, maintain, and host the memorial pages.

    • Deletion Requests: Account Administrators have the right to request the permanent deletion of a memorial page and all associated media files at any time. Upon receiving a verified request from the Administrator or verified next of kin, we will permanently remove the data from our active databases.
